All of our new DVDs have been pro-manufactured.

Some of our older releases are available on silkscreened DVDr with laser printed cover artwork in either a DVD case or jewel case.
In these cases we have converted VHS, VHS-C and DVHS recordings to DVD. In this process we use a time base correction unit to
correct color, hue and tint. This process can restore the integrity of the film and regain gamma levels that can be lost over time.
Then we edit, manipulate, author, and burn these video files onto DVD-rs. DVD-r is compatible with about 91% of all DVD players.
We are aware that some DVD players may not play our DVDrs, so we offer a 100% money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with the DVDr(s).

Q: Are these bootleg recordings?
A: Nope. We either receive these videos directly from the bands and labels involved, or we film the shows ourselves after receiving approval from the artists.

Q: Why the name change?
A: We now carry more than just DVDs, and we already used PAGAN FLAMES for the label name. But, rest assured that releasing Black Metal videos on DVD will ALWAYS be our primary focus.

Q: I have an old catalog of your DVDs, Can I PLEASE order some of those old DVDs?
A: Nope. If it isn't on our site, it's been permanently discontinued and resides now only in HELL.

Q: What region code are the DVDs?
A: Our DVD products are not coded with any region, and will play anywhere. Yes, even on sacred ground. If we distribute anyone else's DVDs that ARE region-coded, we'll let you know in the DVD description.

Q: Are you interested in releasing a DVD of my amazing Black Metal band?

Q: Can you guys film my band? How would you do it?
A: Possibly. When we film shows ourselves, we use two video cameras and capture the sound digitally with a separate stereo microphone setup. All the editing is done later on a computer. Our goal is to produce filthy underground videos of Real Metal Bands. If you need a big fancy-ass production then please look elsewhere or pitch-fork over a pile of cash and we'll get started.

Q: How long will it take for you to make our DVD?
A: If you have ever edited video, you will know that it is a VERY TIME CONSUMING process. When producing DVDs you have to mix the music, sync it with the video, splice video tracks together in a myriad of convoluted ways, render the final videos, create menus and extras for the DVD, then design the packaging artwork. This, of course, is all done between a thousand computer crashes.
So PLEASE be patient.
